Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissections are relatively uncommon. Many of th e previously reported cases have involved a dissection in a single coronary artery of a peripartum or postpartum female. We describe an unusual case o f multiple spontaneous coronary dissections in a middle-aged male. (C) 2000 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
