Abstract
Pulmonary artery stenosis is an uncommon complication of fibrosing mediasti nitis. Previous medical acid surgical therapies have provided limited clini cal efficacy without objective evidence of clinical improvement. With the a dvantages of limited invasiveness and absent need for prolonged drug therap y, percutaneous stent deployment to relieve pulmonary artery obstruction re presents a novel treatment for this rare disorder, (C) 2000 Wiley-Liss, Inc .
