Abstract
The pseudorapidity (rapidity) and transverse momentum distributions of nega tively charged hadrons produced in high energy nucleus-nucleus collisions a re studied in the thermalized cylinder picture. For a given interacting sys tem of central nucleus-nucleus collisions, the values of parameters for dif ferent rapidity ranges of the experimental data are nearly the same. The ca lculated results are in agreement with the experimental data of central O-1 6-Au, S-32-S, and S-32-Ag collisions at 200 GeV/N.
