Abstract
A patient with increasing dysphagia due to external bone compression of the oesophagus is presented. Radiographic evaluation revealed the underlying c ondition to be a diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis with exuberant an d bumpy change within the anterior longitudinal ligament.
