(Dimethylaminomethyl)ferrocene (HFcR, R = CH2NMe2) reacts with Mo(CO)(6) an
d W(CO)(6) under substitution of one CO group and formation of the donor-ac
ceptor complexes of the formula HFcRM(CO)(5) (M = Mo, W). These yellow micr
ocrystalline derivatives were characterized by mass, UV-VIS, IR, NMR and Mo
ssbauer spectroscopy.
