Abstract
Radical surgery has resulted in impressive cure rates in women with locally advanced vulvar carcinoma. Unfortunately, morbidity mostly related to ingu inofemoral lymphadenectomy, is common. The present review discusses innovat ions in the management of vulvar disease with attempts to reduce attendant morbidity. (C) 2000 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
