Ja. Rogers et al., Organic smart pixels and complementary inverter circuits formed on plasticsubstrates by casting and rubber stamping, IEEE ELEC D, 21(3), 2000, pp. 100-103
This letter describes the characteristics of two organic electronic devices
- monolithically integrated transistors and light emitting diodes (e.g. sm
art pixels), and complementary inverter circuits - that are fabricated on f
lexible plastic substrates with low cost, low temperature casting and micro
contact printing techniques, Both devices incorporate micron-sized features
and have geometries and performance comparable to similar components produ
ced with photolithographic techniques on rigid, inorganic supports.
