Abstract
The electrical properties and thermal expansion of Nd2-x-yCexSryCuO4 solid solutions were studied in the temperature range 293-1023 K. The temperature dependences of conductivity, dielectric permittivity, and tan delta show a nomalies at 488 K for Nd2CuO4 and 400 K for the solid solutions. These anom alies are accompanied by sharp changes in the linear thermal expansion coef ficient.
