Abstract
The solution of equations describing non-linear dynamic systems is consider ed. A computer with infinite speed and capacity-as a hypothetical device-is assumed. The method is based on the classical sampling theorem, Newton ite ration and discrete Fourier transform. Algorithms for transient and periodi c cases, working simultaneously in the time and frequency domain are introd uced and demonstrated. Copyright (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
