Abstract
Extracranial metastasis of an intracranial meningioma is rare, We discuss t he clinical, radiological and histopathological presentation of an elderly man with pulmonary metastases from a recurrent meningioma of atypical histo logy, and review the literature pertaining to this phenomenon.
