Abstract
dWe report a case of ichthyosis linearis circumflexa (ILC) without the typi cal atopic manifestations and deformities of the hair shaft. The patient re sponded positively to treatment with topical tacrolimus, suggesting that ab normalities in the immunoregulatory mechanism may be involved in the pathog enesis of ILC.
