Abstract
Protein adsorption has been investigated by means of both ELISA and radiola beling technique. The correlation of ELISA data with the radiolabeling meas urements allows the quantification of the former one. Therefore ELISA gains in applicability. Based on this work, beside information about the bioacti vity of the adsorbed proteins a determination of thr amount of adsorbed pro tein becomes possible by ELISA.
