The algorithms of improving the robustness of the estimations of dispersion

ut. Being used information signs the algorithms allow to increase the relia
bility of the diagnostics of the states of seashore objects of oil and gas
extraction. For forecasting the appearance of failure situations, the algor
ithms of analysis of noises which has information about the beginning of hi
dden changes preceding the serious failure of some technical objects, are s
uggested. One of the alternatives of the realization of the considered algo
rithms in hybrid systems of control and diagnostics is presented.
