Abstract
Particle-production processes in the Coulomb field of nuclei at high energi es have been considered, and the electromagnetic properties of hadrons (mes ons and hyperons) have been investigated in these processes. The results of previous investigations have been summarized, and new data from the SELEX (Fermilab) and SPHINX (Institute for High Energy Physics, Protvino) facilit ies have been discussed.
