Abstract
The effect of MgO and Al2O3 addition on the phase composition and electrica l properties of YBa2Cu3O6.5+delta was studied both in the case of partial s ubstitution of yttrium by aluminum or barium by magnesium and for YBa2Cu3O6 .5+delta + MgO(Al2O3) compositions.
