Abstract
A 9-year-old boy was diagnosed with chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyeli
tis affecting multiple sites. During an 8-year follow-up he developed prema
ture closure of a distal radial epiphysis and degenerative changes in the a
djacent radiocarpal joint.
