Abstract
Excitation functions for the (alpha,gamma), (alpha,xn) with x = 1-3, ( alpha,p3n) and (alpha,alpha'n) reactions on Au-197 at alpha-particle e nergies up to 36 MeV determined by means of the activation technique a re presented and discussed in comparison with previously reported data . Isomeric ratios for the (alpha,alpha'n) reaction were deduced. The o btained experimental results are interpreted by the exciton model in t he framework of the code COMPLET.
