G. Mathe, The non-enumerable described retrovirus integrase inhibitors are not a lure, as evidenced by ten years of clinical experience, BIOMED PHAR, 54(1), 2000, pp. 3-6
Two retrovirus integrase inhibitors have been discovered on the c-erb proto
-oncogene test in 1989, acriflavine and hydroxymethylellipticine. A ten-yea
r follow-up of their applications to individual treatments of AIDS patients
has provided evidence of their HIV-1 (even AZT-resistant) virostatic effic
acy, as of their possible clinical use without toxicity. Hundreds of HIV-1
integrase inhibitors have recently been discovered with an in vitro test. T
he clinical effect of vitamin B12, which belongs to them, has already been
observed in patients with one-year follow-up. A positive coordination of re
turn to this Eden of HN-I AIDS complex pharmacology must be organized at th
e highest scientific, and not at the politico-administrative level. (C) 200
