Abstract
We report the case of a 41-year old patient diagnosed with CML in first chr onic phase who achieved successful mobilization of peripheral blood progeni tor cells primed with the mini-ICE regimen two years after failing with the ICE regimen. Of note, hematologic and non-hematologic toxicities were mild er with the former schedule.
