Zf. Tong et al., EXCESS-ENTHALPIES OF TERNARY MIXTURES OF AN N-ALKANE WITH METHYL TERT-BUTYL ETHER AND DI-N-BUTYL ETHER, Canadian journal of chemistry, 75(3), 1997, pp. 308-313
Excess molar enthalpies, measured at 298.15 K, are reported for the tw
o ternary systems consisting of either n-heptane or n-decane, together
with methyl tert-butyl ether and di-n-butyl ether. Smooth representat
ions of the results were used to construct constant enthalpy contours
on Roozeboom diagrams. It was found that the Flory theory can provide
good estimates of the ternary enthalpies.
