Abstract
The aim of this work is the investigation of possible use of natural b entonite in the removal of lanthanum contained in aqueous solutions. T he effect of temperature was examined in order to establish Langmuir a nd Freundlich adsorption isotherms. Langmuir and Freundlich constants were also determined. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
