Abstract
Ectopic pregnancy is one complication of tubal sterilization. A 39-year-old multiparous woman underwent puerperal transcutaneous tubal ligation in the infraumbilical region after delivery of her fourth child. Tubal pregnancy occurred in the right and left salpinx, respectively, at different times, w ith laparoscopic surgery performed after each one.
