Abstract
A recent publication presented a formula for the stress-strain relatio nship of concrete under short-term loading. The parameters of that for mula are shown here to be functions of the compressive cube strength f (c.cube) (formerly W). Also, the parameter beta is independent of W an d is a universal constant of concrete.
