Abstract
Epitrimerus goniathrix n. sp. (Acari: Eriophyidae), a vagrant eriophyid on Hura crepitans (Euphorbiaceae) from the Campus "Luiz de Queiroz", Piracicab a, Sao Paulo, Brazil, is described.
