Abstract
Thirty nine derivatized secondary alcohols have been separated on a capilla ry column coated with permethylated beta - cyclodextrin. The influence of a lpha values with the derivatized groups, the position of chiral center in t he chain and the number of carbon atoms on enantioselectivity were discusse d. The enantioselectivity of isobutyryl derivatives of secondary alcohols i nvestigated decrease apparently.
