Abstract
Spectral types, absolute magnitudes, and tangential Velocities are giv en for 28 faint late-type dwarfs on the U. S. Naval Observatory parall ax program. Also, the eighth-magnitude star BD +58 degrees 2455 is fou nd to be a previously unrecognized nearby K5 dwarf.
