Abstract
The synthesis of some 5-, 6-, and 7-halogenotriazolopyridines is descr ibed and their reactions with nucleophiles. The formation of 7,7'-bitr iazolopyridines provides a new synthesis of 2,2'-bipyridines. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
