Abstract
Pancreatic duct strictures usually reflect underlying pancreatic disease an d are likely caused by one of more of the following: acute or chronic pancr eatitis, benign or malignant pancreatic neoplasm, pseudocyst and trauma. The characteristics of pancreatic strictures are identified, and medical an d endoscopic therapy options are reviewed.
