Abstract
Slightly cross-linked pastelike hydrogels based on poly(acrylamide-co-acryl ic acid) were synthesized. Absorption and diffusion properties of the hydro gels were: studied. The hydrogel matrix was shown to have a good prolongati on ability with respect to bactericides and local anesthetics.
