Abstract
The ability of Fourier-transform mass spectrometry to produce spectra of so me natural polymers - peptides, lignin and humic acid - that include stable , high-mass ions formed by laser desorption/ionization (LDI) and matrix ass isted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) is demonstrated.
