Abstract
increasing opportunities for travel and advances in medicine mean chart imm unocompromised patients may venture to potentially risky parts of the world . This article examines the risks faced by such travellers. Some limitation s of standard travel vaccines are discussed and suggestions are made as to how best to advise such travellers.
