An autonomous induction generator (TG) with an asymmetric configuration, bo
th the stator and the rotor are single-phase, is shown to be capable of gen
erating modulated waveforms. The experimental results are demonstrated to b
e in good agreement with the simulation waveforms and both strengthen the t
heoretical part. The developed equations can help as an IG design guideline
. The modulated waveform periods are shown to be in a continuous transient
state in a chaos manner. The IG is also explained by its steady-state equiv
alent circuit.
