Abstract
This is a report of six cases of Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD) that occurred among cancer patients undergoing bone marrow transplan tation in a tertiary-care cancer hospital. Specific infection control measu res that were taken to minimize the nosocomial spread of CDAD also are disc ussed.
