Abstract
The reaction of (t-Bu2C5H3)(2)HfCl2 (1) with vinyllithium yield ivory colou red crystals identified as (t-Bu2C5H3)(2)Hf(CH=CH2)(2) (2). The X-ray struc ture analysis of 2 shows the presence of the divinyl complex, whereby one o f the vinyl groups is partially replaced by chlorine (25%). (C) 2000 Elsevi er Science S.A.
