Experimental results of density and viscosity measurements at (303.15, 308.
15, and 313.15) K of binary mixtures of benzonitrile with methanol, ethanol
, propan-1-ol, butan-1-ol, pentan-1-ol, and 8-methylpropan-2-ol are present
ed over the whole range of composition. From these data, excess molar volum
es V-E and deviations in viscosity Delta eta have been computed. These quan
tities are fitted to a Redlich-Kister-type polynomial equation to derive th
e binary coefficients.
