Abstract
The solubility of solid 1,4-dimethoxybenzene in supercritical carbon dioxid e was measured with a semiflow phase equilibrium apparatus over the tempera ture range from 313.15 K to 338.15 K and the pressure range from 200 bar to 280 bar. For each isotherm, the mole fraction solubilities of 1,4-dimethox ybenzene were represented by the Chrastil equation.
