Abstract
Growth rates of cultured first-year bonefish Albula sp. averaged 0.32 mm da y(-1). Maximum theoretical growth (+/- 95% CI) was 278 (+/- 11.2) mm L-S (s exes combined), confirming that Albula sp. from the Gulf of California grow less than other species in the ' vulpes ' complex.
