dBaM films with Various compositions were prepared by reactive RF diode spu
ttering method. The effects of Ba content on the c-axis orientation, temper
ature dependence of the magnetic properties and the microstructure of the f
ilms were investigated. Our results show that films with high Ba content te
nd to have c-axis normal to the film plane, and have a large Value of dH(C)
/dT due to the plate-like grains, while films which have low Ba content ten
d to have c-axis in the film plane, and have a small value of dH(C)/dT caus
