The stability robustness of linear systems with linear time-varying structu
red perturbations in the time-delayed state is investigated. For both cases
of constant delay and time-varying delay, some sufficient conditions are p
resented for ensuring the linear systems with time-varying structured delay
ed perturbations will be asymptotically stable. By mathematical analysis, t
he presented sufficient conditions are proved to be less conservative than
the existing ones reported in the literature.
