Abstract
Functional checks of electronic devices or assemblies under the influence o f dewing are very important within the framework of quality and reliability tests. Until now there is no procedure known that fives any quantitative r eport on the level of dewing. Sensors were tested to analyse the dewing. Th e output signal of these sensors is proportional to the amount of water.
