Abstract
Computer program ChrClass predicting the DNA sites of attachment to differe nt elements of nuclear matrix (nuclear lamina, inner matrix, and MAR/SAR re gions) was developed. Two programs, ChrClass and MarFinder, were compared i n classification quality (prediction accuracy and type II error). The commo n set of MAR/SAR sequence properties is discussed.
