Barrier distribution for the S-32+Pd-110 system derived from the quasielastic scattering excitation function - art. no. 037603

We measured the quasielastic scattering excitation function for the S-32 Pd-110 system at a backward angle and at energies around the Coulomb barrie r. A fine enough energy step was adopted in order to obtain a representatio n of the barrier distribution through the first differentiation of the data . Our results were compared with the barrier distribution that was deduced from fusion data for the same system.
