Abstract
The results of the experimental investigation of the behaviour of micron-si zed dust particles in plasma of an inductive RF discharge are presented. Th e discharge was initiated in different inert gases at a frequency of 100 MH z. The formation of ordered filamentary structures from monodisperse polyme r particles is demonstrated and the conditions of their existence are discu ssed. (C) 2000 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
