Abstract
Effect of halide ions and various dopes to motor and industrial oils on the kinetics of hydrogen penetration through steel membrane contacting an aggr essive solution was studied with the use of a procedure earlier proposed by the authors for determining the amount of the diffused hydrogen. The resul ts agree well with the literature data obtained otherwise.
