Abstract
Acucise endopyelotomy has gained widespread use in the treatment of uretero pelvic junction obstruction. Acute postoperative bleeding is a well-known c omplication. We report one case with a delayed postoperative formation of p seudoaneurism, and one case which developed arterial hypertension postopera tively.
