Abstract
A diamond graphitization curve is plotted by the experimental data for T < 2000 K. A formula is derived for the calculation of the maximum pressure to provide for an optimum diamond annealing at a preset temperature and durat ion of the treatment. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka / Interperiodica".
