Abstract
The liquid-gas phase transition from heavy-ion reactions at intermedia te energies has been studied in the incomplete-fusion-fragmentation mo del. The relative yields of decay modes of the projectile remnant are also analyzed and compared with the experimental ones. The experimenta l results are nicely described by the incomplete-fusion-fragmentation model.
