Abstract
Communication: A low-temperature CVD process for thin-film magnet fabricati on is reported here with a variety of rigid and flexible substrates (see al so cover). These polymeric magnets have enhanced air stability with respect to those prepared from solution, and an opportunity is provided for the pr eparation of a broad range of patterned and multilayered magnetic structure s.
