Abstract
Catamenial pneumothorax is a rare disease that is usually diagnosed on clin ical grounds. Delay in diagnosis can lead to considerable morbidity. We des cribe a case in which spiral CT scan and videothoracoscopy led to early obj ective diagnosis and management.
