Abstract
A new biomimetic bulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor based on a molecularly imp rinted polymer (MIP) was fabricated and applied ibr the determination of ph enobarbital. The MIP was synthesized using phenobarbital as the template mo lecule and methacrylic acid as the functional monomer by the non-covalent m ethod. In absolute ethanol, the sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensi tivity. A linear relationship between 9.0x10(-8) M and 5.0x10(-5) M was rev ealed. The determination limit was 5.0x10(-8) M. In harsh chemical environm ents such as high temperature, organic solvent, bases, acids, etc., the sen sor still exhibited long-time stability. Satisfactory results of real sampl e assay were obtained by the proposed method.
